Each unique SMILES string submitted to the scoring engine counts as one compound submission. If you resubmit the same SMILES in a different run, it counts again. Submissions reset at the start of each billing month. The submission count includes both file uploads and paste-inline entries.

A seat is a named user account in your team workspace. The Team plan includes up to 5 seats. All seat-holders share the same project history and can view each other's scoring runs. The account administrator can add, remove, or reassign seats at any time from the workspace settings.

No. REST API access is a Team plan feature. Researcher plan users submit compounds through the web interface only, using CSV file upload or paste-inline. If you need to automate scoring from an existing pipeline or script, the Team plan provides API keys and documented endpoints.

We do offer a discounted rate for academic research groups and registered non-profit research institutions. Contact us with your institution details and intended use and we will confirm eligibility. Academic pricing is not available through the self-serve checkout and requires a manual order.

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing date and will retain access through the end of the current period. Annual subscribers can cancel any time, with access continuing until the annual period expires. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans, but we will work with you if there is an exceptional circumstance.

The free trial gives you 14 days of full access to either the Researcher or Team plan, including the submission limits of the plan you selected. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you do not add a payment method, your account moves to a read-only state and your run history is preserved for 30 days.
